No miracles, because you don't need one, you just need goals that work for you and a plan that works for your goals.

And real life, because your plan has to work in the real world. It's easy to create a perfect plan that works with your perfect schedule, perfect job, perfect family, perfect discipline, perfect children... perfect life!  Don't have one? Yeah, me neither! But I found a way, and I can help you find your way, too. 


You can achieve your goals, even with all of life's imperfections, all you need are goals that motivate and a plan that works for you, together with patience, persistence, and forgiveness.  


It truly doesn't matter how old you are, or if you feel like you've already tried everything. I felt the same way, for 30+ years of trying this and that and never quite getting where I wanted to be.  I turned 50 before I found goals that truly motivated and a plan that worked. You can too.


Where to start?  The good news is, you already have. Simply being here means you've begun contemplating making changes.  That's a huge step, perhaps the biggest, most difficult one, and frankly, one that most people never take.  As far as I'm concerned, all that remains are the details!

2) Personal Training Services and Group Fitness
If you reside or work in the northern Virginia are of Washington DC, you can take advantage of my Personal Training services (primarily in-home, but also at studios where I have arranged access) and Group Fitness Classes throughout the area at various clubs (both found under the Services tab). I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and Red Cross certified in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED First Aid.  I am also specifically certified in a wide variety of strength, cardio, and core formats, from Barre to Insanity, TRX to ActivMotion, Dumbbell work to HIIT, and much more, all of which I can provide on a one-on-one basis. I bring all the equipment we'll need as well. You might want to check out my Class Schedule, there's a chance you are already a member of a club where I teach!   


3) Remote Motivational Coaching

Don't know where to start?  Just need some guidance, someone who has been there, and knows all the ins and outs of diet, nutrition, fitness, exercise, fitness clubs, trainers, and so on?  I can be there for you no matter where you live.  You should never feel like you don't know what to do, or feel badly that you don't. Why would you? You have your own job, family, life, to deal with . Let me deal with this part. Check out my Motivational Coaching services (under the Services tab). I have packaged deals, but we can always customize something for you.  ​Goal setting, wellness counseling, whatever will help you on your journey.
