Hiring a personal trainer is a big step, I know. Give me a moment to tell you a little bit about my services, and be sure to check out the About tab, as well, not to mention my many group fitness classes under the Services tab.

Convenience:  If you prefer training in a studio I have access to some in the area (enquire about locations) but otherwise, I come to you with in-home personal training.  Living room, basement, garage, back yard, it really doesn't matter. We just need a little space. And I show up with all the necessary equipment which gets a thorough wipe down with a non-toxic cleaner.

Variety: I offer an enormous range of fitness formats and programs, including core-focused training such as TRX Suspension and ActivMotion Bar, cardio routines from low to high impact and from moderate intensity to HIIT, all manner of strength training, boutique routines such as Barre, and Tabata Bootcamp, branded programs including P90X and Insanity, and all manner of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, Bender Balls, Gliders, Bosu, SAQ ladders, mats and more. And if you happen to have a stationary cycle or pool (or access to such) we can do spin and aqua fitness. Finally, I am a certified Senior Fitness Specialist, should you be looking long term!   (Full list of formats at the bottom of this page.)

Fully Certified and Insured:I hold numerous industry-leading certifications (please see the About tab) including a NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), AFAA Group Ex, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, and Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid. I am also fully insured and licensed.

Competitive Rates: Between $65 and $100 per one-hour session, depending on where you live and the level of service you are looking for.

Fitness Tours! Not sure what you want to do, and not ready to make a commitment just yet?  Why not take a Fitness Tour? Choose a package that works for you and pick out the formats (listed at the bottom of this page) you'd like to try (1 or 2 per session depending on the format). It's like taking a fitness program for a test drive! Prices vary by your location.

Three-Session Package: Choose three to six formats over the course of three one-hour sessions.  $175 to $275.

Six-Session Package: Choose six to twelve formats over the course of six one-hour sessions.  $325 to $500.

                      Custom packages available on request.

Send me a note at info@jonhealthandfitness.com or use the Contact link and we can arrange a time to speak. No obligation, no hard sell. I take your commitment to your health and well-being very seriously and this can only be effective if it works for both of us, so I will never try to talk you into something you don't want to do.

If you aren't ready to hire a personal trainer, that's fine too, of course, feel free to poke around the site, take advantage of some of the complementary materials I provide, and check out the content on my social media (links towards the top of every page).

Take care!

Jon
