Stage 5: MaintenancePAY!

The true test of any health and fitness plan is your ability to maintain it over the long haul.  One of the chapters in my book is titled, "Starting An Exercise Program is Easy, I Do it All The Time!"  That's because starting something is easy. Achieving a short-term goal is relatively easy.  How many diets have you been on in which you hit your target weight.  And then gained it all back?  Maintenance sounds easy, after all, you already did the hard parts, but it's really the most challenging thing you will do because it requires a relentless commitment.  Yes, you will back tack now and then. I do.  But if you keep those to a minimum, you can make it

I offer four Maintenance packages.

  1. Preferred:  One check-in a month, via text or email only, commenting on your current status, offering tips and encouragement.  $10/mo.
  2. Platinum: One check-in every week via text or email, offering the same as above.  $30/mo.
  3. VIP: Everything above, plus a minimum of two half-hour phone calls per month in which we can revisit goals and exercise routines in detail and discuss the latest developments in exercise and nutrition or anything on your mind. $70/mo.
  4. Concierge:  Everything above, plus an additional two phone calls per month (for a total of four, nearly one a week). $130/mo.


Stage 3: PreparationFREE and PAY!

Now you're ready to really start thinking about what it is you want to accomplish, and how you are going to accomplish it.

  1. Those worksheets you downloaded?  Now is the time to start filling them out.
  2. You can take advantage of my free half-hour consultation and schedule a time to go over them on the phone or whatever method you prefer including texting or Skype. Custom Stages

A standard package very well might not be for you, just like a standard diet or exercise program might not be. We can  mix-and-match services any way you like, with pricing in line with the above.  Simply contact me at info@jonhealthandfitness.com or use the Contact link.

I've patterned my Motivational Coaching Services after the "Stages of Change" model. The good news for you is that the first three stages of services I offer are almost completely free. The better news is, you've already completed the first stage!  Read on:

Stage 1: Precontemplation FREE!

This stage is before you've given any thought at all to changing your health and fitness.  The fact that you are here now, reading this, means you've already completed this one.  Congratulations! You are on your way!

 Stage 4: ActionPAY!

It's time to get serious and start making some commitments.  I offer five packages of one-on-one coaching:

  1. Preferred:  90 Minutes of Motivational Coaching and Goal Setting.  This is where we will dig into your SMART and HAPPY goals and why you believe they will motivate you.        $150
  2. Platinum: Everything in Preferred, plus an additional 90 minutes in which we will continue to work through your SMART and HAPPY goals and go then go on to eliminate any conflicts among and between them. This is often an overlooked aspect of goal setting. It's one of the things that tripped me up for years. This package includes an additional set of worksheets. $225
  3. VIP: Everything above, plus an additional 90 minutes in which we will go over the options available, the, "How?" of achieving your health and fitness goals, including your likes and dislikes in both nutrition and exercise. A third package of worksheets are included. $300
  4. Concierge:  Everything above, plus an additional 90 minutes of one-on-one consulting, including a detailed exploration of the facilities and fitness opportunities in your area. $500
  5. Custom:  Looking for somethign very specific, or want to mix-and-match, just contact me through the link at the top of this page or email me directly at info@jonhealthandfitness.com and we can create something that works for you.


Stage 2: ContemplationFREE!

Chances are, this is where you are now. You've decided you want to make some changes. This is your information gathering stage, where you are deciding what it is you want to do. There are a number of services we offer here that are completely free:

  1. Download the SMART & HAPPY goal-setting worksheet set. These are many of the same worksheets that will be included in my upcoming book, "Feel Better, Get Better, Live Better, The What? Why? When? and How? of Achieving Your Health And Fitness Goals No Matter What Your Age and no Matter What Your Circumstances."  Motivational goal-setting is key to your success, because there is no health and fitness program in the world that is going to work if you don't actually do it!  (Click on the button to the right for the download.)
  2. Check out my Youtube videos. (Coming soon!!)
